Slay ALL Day, On Social

Updated: Mar 4, 2022

Do you ever feel like your posts get lost in the abyss of social media content? You spend hours creating content every week, but it feels like people just scroll past it.

Well, here is something that will blow your mind - over 95 million photos and videos are shared on Instagram per day.

If you want your followers to stop their scroll and engage, you must create binge-worthy and highly converting content.

Here are my 3 secrets for making that happen so you can too!

Hook em' in

Think of this the same way you do of a newspaper headline - catchy and show-stopping. Something that will make people want to read on.

Research shows that you have approximately 3 seconds to capture someone's attention online. Maximize those efforts with a catchy headline.

This can also be the goal or takeaway you want your audience to remember.

Tell a story

Storytelling is one of the best ways to make your post relatable and trustworthy.

The human brain loves a good story with a beginning, a hardship arrival, a middle with trial and error, and of course, a triumphant ending!

Storytelling is the easiest way to keep your audience engaged from start to finish.

The irresistible offer

AKA the CTA (call to action). Give yourself a layup with the clear solution and next steps to take.

People want to find the solution to their problem or the link to their desire. So, help your followers get there faster by giving them an irresistible offer with the right CTA!

I know creating scroll-stopping content can be really challenging at first, but don’t worry - as with all things, practice makes perfect. Social media is a beast of its own, so when you keep at it you WILL continually grow.

Now go out there and put these tips to good use! I can't wait to see you shine on social!
