7:30 – 8:30 am * Breakfast Spread

9:00 – 9:50 am *Ferry to Monhegan Island 

10:00– 12:00 pm * Group Hike

12:00 – 3:00 pm * Explore the Island/ Lunch on your own

3:15 – 4:00 pm * Ferry back to Pemaquid

4:30 - 5:30pm * Yoga Flow

7:00 – 8:00 pm * Dinner

8:30pm * Cozy time, star gaze, gather around the fire, pour a beverage of your choosing, relax!

 

Saturday

6:30 – 7:00 am * Coffee, tea + fruit

7:00 – 8:00 am * Chakra Balancing Flow on the beach

8:00 – 9:00 am * Breakfast

9:00– 12:00 pm * Relax at the beach, rent SUP boards or Kayaks

12:00 – 1:00 pm * Lunch 

1:00 – 4:00 pm *Relax at the beach, rent SUP boards or Kayaks, walk to the fort, go into town, journal,  etc.

4:00 – 5:30 pm *  Clarity Workshop and Yoga Flow

6:00 – 7:00 pm * Dinner

8:00pm * Cozy time, star gaze, gather around the fire, pour a beverage of your choosing, relax!

5:30 – 6:30 am * Morning Meditation at the Lighthouse

7:00 – 8:00 am *  Nourishing Breakfast Spread
