Hello Friends,

My name is Lindsey, I'm from Portland, currently living north in New Gloucester. I am currently enrolled at Arcana School of Yoga located in Portland's Old Port, for my 200YTT. I started a few years back at Wellheart Yoga, however had a little too much going on in my life at that time. I took some time away & am back, feeling better & more confident in my body, than I have before. I'm excited to find My flow, what will work best for me & My practice. Exloring an array of classes will give me the option to take a little from each class, and individual teachers whom have inspired me. Put all that hard work & detication it together to become the best yoga teacher that I can be, & to only blossom from there.
